Holiday Spirit Awards plus NEW Neighbors’ Choice Awards
Lakemoor is beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Lights are being hung on the homes throughout our peninsula and our community tree is decorated.
The Beautification Committee’s secret panel of judges is excited to cruise the neighborhood selecting the properties they feel represent the Holiday Spirit in Lakemoor. Three Holiday Spirit Awards will be awarded (homes that have won within the last three years are ineligible). Judging will be Sunday & Monday Dec 13 & 14 so be sure your lights will be on. Results will be posted Tue Dec 15th and yards signs placed.
NEW this year….you too will be able to vote in our new award category…NEIGHBORS’ CHOICE AWARD. You will have three votes to cast for homes you feel display the spirit of Christmas in Lakemoor. The three homes receiving the most votes will have a festive lawn sign (shown below) placed in the front of their Christmas Palace. All residence are eligible to vote – you don’t have to be a member of the Lakemoor Homeowners Association. Also all Lakemoor homes are on the ballot. To vote you must have a Lakemoor address and a valid e-mail address. Voting opened Dec 7th and will close Sunday Dec 13th at midnight. This gives you all this week and weekend to tour the neighborhood enjoying the lights and determining your choices. To vote Click the link below.

LHHA: ERT support during CoVid19 protocol
With the Corona Virus protocol being extended to the end of April, the Board of Lakemoor Hills Homeowners Association and the Emergency Response Team want to offer support to our neighbors in Lakemoor Hills. To meet this objective we suggest neighbors assist us in three areas:
- Do your part to practice the best health procedures outlined by the local, state and federal health authorities.
- If you, a member of your family or neighbor needs help during this period, please call your emergency response team’s captain.
- If you would like to volunteer to assist neighbors, forward your name and address to Bob Proctor, lakemoor.hills.ERT@gmail.com, the Chairman of the Lakemoor Hills Emergency Response Team. Thank you for those who have already volunteered on our Facebook page to bring groceries and medications to residents. The Emergency Response Team area map and area captain information can be found on the link below.

COVID19 PPE Masks
To Our Friends,
With the current concerns around the COVID19 virus and a limited supply of PPE in the area, we recently reached out to our manufacturers to produce some 10,000+ N95 rated medical masks. Last Friday, we started donating the masks to the medical community. If you are a healthcare worker or your general practitioner is in need of PPE, please feel free to provide my e-mail information and we will do our best to help as many groups as possible. My email is eric.zeanah@aai-tenn.com.
If you are over the age of 60 and would like a few procedural masks for when you go out, please also let me know. Most important, please be safe! We should be through this difficult time in a matter of weeks.
Sincerely, Eric Zeanah
