Purpose and Scope
- Developing the Park as a sanctuary for the neighborhood and others with:
- aesthetic and design approach
- year round interest
- plant variety
- ease of maintenance – somewhat self-sustaining
- wildlife support
- educational opportunities
- Providing a recorded history of the park & garden
- Maintaining a record of the development plans and evolution of the park & garden
- Providing a mechanism for directing and recognizing donations to the park & garden
