HOA General Meeting reminder – Nov 18th, 2025

Hello Neighbors! Reminder that our HOA General Meeting is coming up Nov 18th at Lake Hills Presbyterian Church 7:00 PM. We have a special guest – Kim Frazier, Knox County Commissioner at Large and 2026 Knox County mayoral candidate.

Following a short HOA business meeting, she will host a question and answer session about zoning and place types in our neighborhood under the AdvanceKnox initiatives over the past few years. Kim has had an integral role in these initiatives and has volunteered to hold this session for the residents of Lakemoor Hills. Please make plans to attend and learn what all of this means for your property and our neighborhood!
