Lakemoor Hills Homeowners Association is a voluntary membership association formed in 2010 to promote the well-being of the neighborhood. We represent property owners and renters in the neighborhood West of Alcoa Highway, accessible by Montlake, Ginn and Maloney intersections with Alcoa. We meet in the evening at the Lake Hills Presbyterian Church. Signs are posted to announce the meetings.
Annual dues are $40. The modest annual fee funds beautification, security, social, communication and other activities deemed important by the neighbors.
Periodic membership meetings with guest speakers keep our neighbors informed of issues important to them. We also hold annual events in coordination with the Dogwood Arts Festival.
