LHHA Dues Letters Hit the Mailboxes
Hello Neighbors,
In the past week each of you should have received the renewal letter for your LHHA membership. (Our calendar year runs from Sept. 1 to August 30.) I tried to list many of the benefits that your small investment brings to you in the accompanying letter, such as the discount with Waste Connections, the Emergency Response Team that mobilizes during severe weather incidents, and the great neighborhood picnic and events. And you know we have lots of other things going on!!
To remain a part of our homeowners’ association, please make your checks to Lakemoor Hills HOA and return your payment of $25 to Bill Stoess, 4000 Maloney Rd. You could also bring the payment to the next LHHA meeting on Tuesday, September 11 (7 PM) at Lake Hills Church. Or you can go online to www.lakemoor.org, log into the website and pay online.
Any additional tax deductible donations that you choose to make to improve our neighborhood should be written to the Lakemoor Hills Resource Council, our 501(c)3.
Your contributions will help us continue to improve our neighborhood and keep The Quiet Side of the River (Lakemoor Hills) the best little neighborhood in Knox County .
