September HOA Meeting Tuesday night 7 PM at Lake Hills Church

This is the first meeting of our new fiscal year (Sept. 1 – August 31). We will be voting on new officers and board members, hearing from our committees and have a chance to discuss any issues that concern our membership. Please come and see your neighbors. Snacks provided. 

It’s time to renew our memberships in the Lakemoor Hills Homeowners Association. Each resident should receive today or tomorrow the Membership Renewal letter from the LHHA Board in their mailbox. Within the envelope is a letter from your LHHA Board, an addressed return envelope and a membership information form. Please fill out your address line on the membership information form and include it so we can post the payment to the right resident. You can return the enclosed envelope with your $40 check or you can renew online at https://lakemoor.org/lhha/hoa-member-dues-renewal/

Our membership dues are $40 per year, which is more than covered by the discount that you can receive from the subscription service with Waste Connections for waste removal. If you feel moved to include a donation on top of your $40 dues, you may designate it to the General Fund, Roundabout/ Beautification Maintenance, Emergency Response Team or Social/ Happy Hour.

If you care to make a sizable donation, you can do that through the Lakemoor HIils Resource Council, our 501 (c)3, and receive tax deductible credit. Just include an extra check payable to the Resource Council and designate how you wish the funds applied or you can make that donation online at https://lakemoor.org/lhha/donate-to-lakemoor-resource-council/.

Come see your neighbors at the August 21st Happy Hour (Ice Cream Social) in Legacy Park on Circle Lake at 5:30 PM. Bring a lawn chair. Our next neighborhood meeting will be held September 15 at Lake Hills Church at 7 PM. See you there.

This Saturday is the annual Lakemoor Hills Neighborhood Family Picnic! Welcome All!

Saturday, May 4 at Lake Hills Church yard and pavilion.

5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Free to all residents of our neighborhood.

This year we are delighted to have Goodwin’s South of the River Food truck for our meals. They have been in business for many years providing good food! You will be able to order what you want for your family or you can bring your own supper to the event if you don’t find anything you want to buy. We will have activities for kiddos: Face Painting, Bounce House with slide, Plant Swap or if you don’t have one to swap – you can take one, Cake Walk, Bingo Game, and the Rural Metro Fire Truck. This year we hope to have a bigger Car/Truck/Jeep/Van/Motorcycle/ Bronco/Golf Cart/4-Wheeler/ RV/Bicycle SHOW….just drive what you are proud of and show it off.

We hope to see you there. If you can’t stay the entire time, come for a little while and meet your neighbors.
