REQUEST FROM LAKE HLLS CHURCH
Reminder: Membership Renewals are Due
Greetings neighbors,
You should have all received a letter from the Lakemoor Hills Homeowners Association leadership that included a letter describing what the LHHA has accomplished in the past year, your membership renewal form, and information about the Lakemoor Hills Resource Council, our 501 (c)3. About half of our members have already renewed, some online and some sent the renewals in the enclosed envelopes by mail. September 1, 2022 is the due date for renewals.
If you want to renew online, use this link RENEW to take you to the renewal page on our website. You may still send your renewals in by mail to Kathy Proctor, 2429 Lakemoor Dr. and your check should be written to LHHA. You may also make a tax deductible donation to the LHRC with a separate check. Thank you for supporting our homeowners association and our neighborhood so generously.

Alcoa Hwy Corridor Study
Attached you will find a draft copy of the Alcoa Highway Corridor Study which has been developed by staff in Knoxville / Knox County Planning. This report is to be presented to the Planning Commission on June 9 and recommends several ways that can help improve development along this corridor. It directly addresses the commercial corridor that is adjacent to Lakemoor Hills on the west and Martha Washington Heights on the east. One member of the Planning Commission is Dick Graf who is a long time resident of Lakemoor Hills. This work may directly affect our neighborhood and can help us get the required services that we all have desired. Please review this document at you leisure. The Planning Commission meetings are open to the public. For more information https://knoxplanning.org/alcoa
