Greetings Neighbors,
Wanted to let you know that your dues renewals were mailed out the week of August 17 for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. You may renew your dues online at https://lakemoor.org/lhha/hoa-member-dues-renewal/ or you can mail in your renewal to our treasurer, Jim Kincaid. (address below)

The dues are $40 per year. The $15 dues increase will go towards paying for the installation and maintenance of our security camera system that guards all the entries to the Lakemoor Hills peninsula.
We hope that the church will allow us to meet in September 15 for our first LHHA meeting of the year. We have a lot to catch up on!
