Small brown and white Rat Terrier (Reggie) belonging to C.L. and Kim Overman on Bluff Point, wandered off around 2:00 pm today, Thursday, 08/08/2019. She is deaf and partially blind. If found, please call C.L. at 865-363-2663 or Trevor at 865-679-7231. Reggie is my wife’s dog and my wife is out of town so this is truly life and death! Many thanks for any and all help!

Our house on Blow Dr closed on Tuesday.   We want to thank all of you in Lakemoor Hills for 11 wonderful years in a very special neighborhood.   We will miss you all.  If you are near Shannondale in Maryville, please stop in at610 Shannondale Way.  We would love to see you.

Please give a big welcome to your new neighbors, Virginia and Gene Derryberry and their son, Graham, who will bring something special to LHHA as well.

Public Review of Design Solutions to Alcoa Hwy Commercial

Friday, July 26 fromt 5 – 6 PM a public presentation of design ideas for the revitalization of the commercial corridor along Alcoa Hwy will occur at the North Campus of Sevier Heights Baptist Church (adjacent to CVS).  Please come and see what might be able to happen in the commercial area right outside our neighborhood.  Light refreshments will be served.  Please come voice your ideas. New and Improved Website Under Construction

The LHHA website has been a great tool for sharing information about neighborhood issues and events.  We are working to improve the site and adding some new capabilities.  To do this we are building a new site.

The current website will remain the same and we will migrate to the new one in late summer when it is ready to go live.
We are accumulating information about the history of our peninsula. Any old photos or stories would be appreciated.  We will provide spots to highlight clubs or organizations within the neighborhood also.

Oak Firewood Available

One of our huge old Oak trees dropped a 40’+ 18″ branch yesterday into the front yard. Side branches (under 4″ diameter) have been cut into 6′ to 8′ sections. Let us know if you want some ASAP. Results of Alcoa Hwy Business Survey

Thank all of you that responded to our survey about what businesses that you would like to see in the commercial corridor outside of our neighborhood on Alcoa Hwy.  Here are the compiled results.Input Results - Final We will be holding a design Charrette on Friday, July 26 and will have design solutions for public review starting at 5 PM at Sevier Heights Baptist Church’s North Campus (adjacent to CVS).  Please come give us you’re feedback.

Police cars Thursday night

There were two police cars with lights flashing parked on Trillium Lane last night around 10:30 pm.  I couldn’t see anything else.

Does anyone know anything about this?
